Cue’s €690 licence covers one workspace with no recurring Orbit Cue software fee; the instalment option is 6 × €125 (€750 total). External AI and third-party API usage is separate. Studio’s launch licence is €149 once, covers up to 3 artist studios and 5 people, and includes future updates as stated on its product site. Check each product’s current licence terms before buying; these terms are not shared across the suite.

Grow’s subscription does not include your Google advertising budget, which you pay directly to Google. Thread and Studio support local AI or your own provider key; paid provider usage is billed separately. Cue also separates external AI and third-party API costs from its software licence. What are Orbit Products?

Orbit Products is a family of five business apps made by Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA in Latvia: Orbit Thread for notes and knowledge, Orbit Grow for Google Ads, Orbit Cue for social media, Orbit CRM for sales and Orbit Studio for music videos. Each app does one job and is sold on its own site.

Do I have to buy all five apps?

No. There is no bundle and no shared subscription. Start with the app that fixes today’s problem and add another only when you need it.

How much do the Orbit apps cost?

Thread is €10 a month, Grow €89 a month, CRM €29 a month for the whole team, Cue €690 once and Studio €149 once at launch. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Are there per-seat fees?

Orbit CRM covers unlimited users for one flat price, Cue has no per-brand or per-seat fees, and Studio covers up to five people. Grow Pro includes three people; the Agency plan includes fifty.

Can I try them for free?

Yes. Thread has a 30-day trial; Grow, Cue, CRM and Studio have 14-day trials. None of them needs a credit card to start.

Do the Orbit apps work together?

Each app works on its own. Where it helps, they connect: Studio sends finished videos to Cue for scheduling, and Cue connects to Orbit CRM.

Where is my data stored?

Thread keeps your workspace on your device, with optional EU-hosted sync. Orbit CRM is hosted in EU datacenters. Studio keeps your media on your own computer. Your data stays yours in every app.

Do I need an OpenAI API key?

Not for every Orbit app. Thread and Studio can use supported local AI models, or you can connect your own provider key where the feature calls for it. Core non-AI workflows do not depend on sharing one suite-wide OpenAI key.

You choose whether to buy that individual app. There is no five-app bundle or automatic requirement to purchase another Orbit product. Thread also keeps your workspace readable, searchable and exportable if you stop paying.
